The Keysight 84904K is a programmable step attenuator designed for precision RF and microwave measurements from DC to 26.5 GHz. Utilizing miniature thin-film attenuation cards on sapphire substrate, it delivers exceptional attenuation accuracy and low SWR in a compact form factor 35% smaller than previous-generation designs, with less than 2 dB insertion loss at 26.5 GHz.
