The HVFO108 is a high voltage active probe with optical isolation, designed to measure small signals floating on high voltage buses in power electronics applications. With 150 MHz bandwidth and 140 dB CMRR, it delivers faithful signal reproduction without loading or distortion, making it ideal for gate drive analysis in Silicon and Silicon Carbide switching applications.
