The Teledyne LeCroy DL05-HCM is a 60V common mode differential probe designed for lower voltage GaN power conversion measurements. With 500MHz bandwidth, 80V differential input range, and exceptional Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR), it delivers the highest accuracy and lowest noise for precise voltage measurements on high-speed PWM signals.
