Overview
The Teledyne LeCroy AP033 is a fully integrated differential oscilloscope probe offering 500 MHz bandwidth with selectable gain and attenuation options. It features industry-leading input noise characteristics and integrates seamlessly with LeCroy oscilloscopes via the ProBus interface, allowing intuitive sensitivity control directly from the oscilloscope front panel or via remote commands (GPIB/RS-232).
