Overview
The Tektronix TKR TIVP05 is a differential probe utilizing IsoVu Generation 2 technology for galvanically isolated measurements. With 500 MHz bandwidth, up to ±2500 V differential voltage range, and the ability to float at common-mode voltages up to 60 kV, the TIVP05 enables measurement of differential signals in high-voltage power electronics applications. The probe features a 2-meter fiber optic cable and MMCX connectors for system integration.
