Description
Overview
The Tektronix TKR TIVM1 is a galvanically isolated differential measurement system based on IsoVu technology. Utilizing power-over-fiber and an optical analog signal path, the TIVM1 provides complete electrical isolation between the measurement system and device under test. This isolation enables accurate measurement of differential signals up to ±50 Vpk in the presence of large common-mode voltages, with robust common-mode rejection performance across its bandwidth.
