The Tektronix TIVM1L is an isolated measurement system designed for high-voltage testing and analysis on power electronics circuits. It uses electro-optic sensor technology with optical isolation to provide complete galvanic isolation between the device under test and the oscilloscope, eliminating ground loop issues and enabling safe floating measurements on high-voltage circuits.
