The Tektronix TDP7710 is a 10GHz TriMode probe designed for the highest probe fidelity in real-time oscilloscope measurements. It features TekFlex Connector technology for easy, versatile connectivity and FlexChannel interface for direct oscilloscope and probe control. The TriMode capability enables a single probe setup to perform differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements without repositioning the probe.
