Overview

The Tektronix TDP0500 is a high-voltage differential probe designed for high-speed electrical measurements in Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS), CAN/LIN Bus, and digital system designs. It offers 500 MHz bandwidth with selectable bandwidth-limiting filters and is powered directly by oscilloscopes equipped with the TekVPI probe interface.
