Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZS30 is a single-ended active probe offering 3 GHz bandwidth for precise measurement of ground-referenced signals. With high input impedance (1 MΩ) and low input capacitance (0.8 pF), it minimizes loading effects on test points, enabling accurate measurements of both high-speed and low-frequency signals. The probe features offset compensation for extended dynamic range and includes ProbeMeter and micro button controls for instrument integration.
