Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO10L Isolated Probing System

Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO10L is a 1 GHz isolated probing system with an extended 10 m cable for high-frequency measurements at remote or difficult-to-access locations. It uses a power-over-fiber-optic architecture to provide galvanic isolation between the device under test and the measuring instrument, achieving exceptional common-mode rejection and signal fidelity even in extreme voltage environments with fast-switching characteristics.

The system is particularly suited for measuring wide-bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN) and other fast-switching power electronics where both precision and safety are critical, especially for applications requiring frequencies up to 1 GHz.
