Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO05 is a 500 MHz isolated probing system designed for high-voltage and power electronics measurements. It uses a power-over-fiber-optic architecture to provide galvanic isolation between the device under test and the measuring instrument, achieving exceptional common-mode rejection and signal fidelity even in extreme voltage environments.
The system is particularly suited for measuring wide-bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN) and other fast-switching power electronics where both precision and safety are critical.
