The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO03 is a high-bandwidth isolated probing system designed for accurate measurements of fast-switching high-voltage environments. Utilizing fiber-optic isolation, it galvanically isolates the device under test (DUT) for exceptional common-mode rejection and signal fidelity. The 350 MHz bandwidth enables characterization of high-speed wide-bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN) and advanced power electronics development.
The system compensates for thermal drifts and gain errors to ensure uncompromising signal accuracy across demanding measurement applications.
