The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO02L is an isolated probing system designed for accurate measurements in high-voltage and fast-switching environments with extended reach. Utilizing fiber-optic isolation, it galvanically isolates the device under test (DUT) for exceptional common-mode rejection and signal fidelity. The 10 m cable provides greater distance flexibility for testing wide-bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN) and power electronics development.
The system compensates for thermal drifts and gain errors to ensure uncompromising signal accuracy across demanding measurement applications.
