Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO02 is an isolated probing system designed for accurate measurements in high-voltage and fast-switching environments. Utilizing fiber-optic isolation, it galvanically isolates the device under test (DUT) for exceptional common-mode rejection and signal fidelity, making it ideal for wide-bandgap semiconductor testing (SiC, GaN) and power electronics development.

The system compensates for thermal drifts and gain errors to ensure uncompromising signal accuracy across demanding measurement applications.
