Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO01L Isolated Probing System

Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO01L is a 100 MHz isolated probing system designed for high-voltage and fast-switching measurements in power electronics and wide-bandgap semiconductor applications. It employs power-over-fiber-optic architecture to achieve galvanic isolation between the device under test and the measurement instrument, enabling safe and accurate measurements in demanding environments with extreme common-mode voltages.

The extended 10 m cable provides flexibility for measuring devices at greater distances from the oscilloscope. The system compensates for thermal drifts and gain errors to deliver uncompromising signal fidelity and is suitable for wide-bandgap device testing (SiC and GaN), inverter and motor drive development, and high-voltage power electronics analysis.
