Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO01 Isolated Probing System

Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZISO01 is a 100 MHz isolated probing system designed for high-voltage and fast-switching measurements in power electronics and wide-bandgap semiconductor applications. It employs power-over-fiber-optic architecture to achieve galvanic isolation between the device under test and the measurement instrument, enabling safe and accurate measurements in demanding environments with extreme common-mode voltages.

The system compensates for thermal drifts and gain errors to deliver uncompromising signal fidelity. It is suitable for wide-bandgap device testing (SiC and GaN), inverter and motor drive development, and high-voltage power electronics analysis.
