Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZHD60 is a high-voltage differential probe designed for safely measuring high-voltage floating circuits using a grounded oscilloscope. It extends measurement capabilities for electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, switch-mode power supplies, and similar applications. The probe conforms to safety requirements for CAT III measurement instruments and pollution degree 2 per IEC 61010-031.
