Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZHD15 Active Differential Probe

Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZHD15 is an active high-voltage differential probe designed for safe measurement of high-voltage floating circuits using a grounded oscilloscope. The probe extends oscilloscope measurement capabilities for analyzing electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, and switched-mode power supplies. It meets CAT III measurement safety requirements and pollution degree 2 per IEC 61010-031.
