Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZD30 is an active differential probe designed for measuring differential signals in high-speed applications. With a 3 GHz bandwidth and 10:1 attenuation, it provides excellent common-mode rejection and high input impedance (1 MOhm || 0.6 pF) with low added noise. The probe features integrated measurement capabilities ideal for broadband signal transmission and high clock rate applications.
