Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZD20 is a differential broadband probe with 1.5 GHz bandwidth, providing universal measurement capabilities for high-speed and RF applications. The wide dynamic range (±5 V differential with ±5 V offset compensation, ±8 V common mode with ±22 V offset compensation) makes it suitable for measuring high-speed single-ended signals at DDR storage ports, symmetrically fed RF signals, and voltages in switching power supplies.
