Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZD10 Differential Broadband Probe

Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZD10 is an active differential broadband probe designed for measuring differential signals up to 1 GHz. Differential probes can be used for both single-ended and differential applications, measuring the voltage between any two test points without requiring one point to be at ground potential. The RT-ZD10 provides high common mode rejection ratio and low capacitive probe loading for signal fidelity.

R&S ProbeMeter

The ProbeMeter measures DC voltage directly at the probe tip with high precision, independent of oscilloscope settings, and displays the result on compatible Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes.

External Attenuator

The included R&S RT-ZA15 external attenuator permits measurement of voltages up to ±60 V DC / ±42.4 V AC (peak) at 1 GHz bandwidth.
