The Keysight N7024A is a 6GHz power rail probe designed for power integrity measurements on DC power rails. It provides millivolt sensitivity for measuring noise, ripple, and transients, making it ideal for applications with tight power supply tolerances. The probe is compatible with Keysight Infiniium oscilloscopes (S, 9000, 90000A, 90000X, V, Z, and UXR Series).
