Overview

The N7020A is a power rail probe designed for making power integrity measurements with millivolt sensitivity. It enables measurement of noise, ripple, and transients on DC power rails with tight tolerance requirements. The probe features low noise performance and minimal loading characteristics, compatible with multiple Keysight oscilloscope platforms.
