Overview
Keysight DP0001A is a 400 MHz high-voltage differential probe designed for accurate high-voltage power measurements and transient analysis in modern power electronics. With 2 kV mains isolation and 6 kV transient overvoltage protection, it safely measures voltages in switching power supplies, wide-bandgap power devices, power converters, and motor drives. Its high bandwidth and low loading enable precise measurement of fast transients with edge speeds as fast as 1.2 nanoseconds (10–90%).
