Description
Overview
The FLIR G306 is an optical gas imaging (OGI) camera designed to visualize sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), ammonia (NH3), ethylene (C2H4), and other industrial gas leaks. SF6 is a potent greenhouse gas with global warming potential over 23,000 times greater than CO2 over a 100-year period. The camera enables safe and efficient scanning of electric power substations and gas-insulated equipment without disrupting operations or exposing personnel to dangerous gases.
