Overview
The Keithley 6517B-ILC-3 Interlock Cable is designed to connect the interlock of the Model 6517B Electrometer with the Model 8009 High Resistivity Test Fixture. The cable enables automated integration between the two instruments, with all electrode constants preprogrammed into the 6517B when the 8009 test fixture is selected from the front panel or over the IEEE-488 bus.
