Overview

The Hioki CT6872-01 is a pass-through AC/DC current sensor with a frequency bandwidth of DC to 10MHz and a 50A rating. Designed for R&D, quality evaluation, manufacturing, and maintenance, it provides ±0.032% amplitude accuracy at DC and ±0.037% at 50/60Hz, plus ±0.05° phase accuracy. The sensor uses a zero flux method (fluxgate detection type) with hybrid detection of high-frequency currents via CT method and DC to low-frequency currents via fluxgate.
