Overview
The Keithley Model 8009 is a guarded test fixture designed for measuring volume and surface resistivity of solid materials. It provides excellent electrostatic shielding and maintains high insulation resistance up to 1100V for accurate measurements in accordance with ASTM standards. The 8009 is specifically designed for use with Keithley 6517A and 6517B electrometers, with an integrated interlock that automatically turns off the voltage source when the chamber lid is opened, providing safe operation.
