Overview

The Tektronix DTG5334 is a versatile benchtop data and timing generator that combines the capabilities of a data generator, pulse generator, and DC source in a single platform. Designed to shorten complex test procedures, the DTG5334 generates low-jitter, high-accuracy clock signals and parallel or serial data across multiple channels. Its modular architecture allows configuration to match existing and emerging testing needs, while an integrated PC supports network integration and provides built-in storage and connectivity options.
