Overview
The Lecroy D11000PS is a high-bandwidth differential probe system engineered for acquiring high-speed serial data streams with exceptional signal fidelity. With 13 GHz bandwidth and 32.5 ps rise time, it enables direct measurement of data rates up to 6.25 Gb/s. The modular probe system features dedicated tip modules supporting two physical interconnects: a direct solder-in tip for direct component attachment and an SMA input for cabled applications.
