The Keysight 1156A is an active probe designed for measuring small geometries and difficult-to-reach areas on devices under test. Part of the 1156/1157/1158A family, it offers low input capacitance and excellent performance for high-speed signal integrity measurements. The probe integrates with Keysight Infinium and InfiniiVision oscilloscopes through the AutoProbe Interface for automatic configuration.
