Overview

The Keysight 1134A is a 7 GHz InfiniiMax differential probe amplifier designed for high-speed differential or single-ended probing in embedded designs. It complements Infiniium 80000 or 90000 Series oscilloscopes with 6 GHz bandwidth. The probe features extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response, and patented resistor probe tip technology that provides ultra-low loading of the device under test (DUT) and superior signal fidelity.
