Description
Overview
The Fluke Calibration 5628-20-J is a 25.5Ω high-temperature platinum resistance thermometer engineered for secondary calibration standards in demanding applications. Unlike regular PRTs that risk platinum contamination above 500°C, the 5628 series uses internal protection while maintaining measurement performance. It meets all ITS-90 requirements for resistance ratios, making it ideal for furnaces, block calibrators, and calibration work up to the aluminum point.
Key Features
- Temperature range from -200°C to 661°C
- Meets all ITS-90 requirements for resistance ratios
- Nominal resistance 25.5Ω with 305 mm (12 in) length
- RTPW drift less than 20mK after 500 hours at 660°C
- Strain-free sensor design by Hart Scientific engineers
- Designed to reduce contamination risk at high temperatures
- Accredited calibration with ITS-90 constants and resistance table
