Overview
The Viavi MAP200 Multiple Application Platform is an optical test and measurement platform optimized for cost-effective development and manufacturing of optical transmission network elements. Available in three mainframe configurations (3-slot benchtop, 8-slot 19-inch rack front-facing, and 8-slot 19-inch rack rear-facing), the MAP200 is designed for both laboratory and manufacturing environments, supporting test applications from insertion loss testing to dispersion penalty testing.
The platform features hot-swappable modules, GPIB and LXI Ethernet compliance, optional touch-screen display module, and field-replaceable controller and power supply modules. All mainframes are 3 RU high and include hardware for benchtop use with rubber feet for stability and vibration isolation.
