Overview

The Multicast Routing Base Package B is a high-performance variant of Spirent TestCenter's Multicast Routing component, designed for service providers, large enterprises and network equipment manufacturers that need to evaluate and troubleshoot Multicast routing protocols at scale. This package supports emulation of the most common multicast routing protocols, PIM-SM and PIM-SSM for IPv4 and IPv6, with support for the maximum number of emulated PIM routers per port.
