Overview
Option 233 adds a full-featured spectrum analyzer to the N9916A base instrument, enabling advanced RF measurements and monitoring. The spectrum analyzer includes four independent traces, flexible detector types, radio standard selection, and customizable limit lines for compliance verification. The analyzer covers 5 kHz to 14 GHz with excellent amplitude accuracy of ±0.6 dB across the full frequency range and temperature range of -10°C to +55°C.
