This tool enables installers to lift solar modules with ease and precision, making installation faster, safer, and more efficient. With its compact design and simple operation, Module Lift is ideal for both residential and commercial solar installations. It eliminates the need for heavy lifting and reduces the risk of damage to the panels and the roof.
Key Features
- Reduces fatigue and increases safety during installation
- Enables installers to meet OSHA ladder safety standards
- Sets up in less than 5 minutes by one person
- Lightweight, rugged, and reliable
- Pulley system with integrated brake prevents module sliding
- Ramps allow smooth transition over ladder discontinuities
How It Works
The Module Lift uses your existing fiberglass Werner or Louisville extension ladder. A pulley system attaches to the top of the ladder. A patented module hook attaches to the edge of a PV module frame and prevents lateral sliding. An operator pulls the rope to raise the module along the ladder rails. The pulley assembly includes a brake that prevents the module from sliding back down. An operator at the top removes the module and releases the brake to lower the hook.
