Overview

The Keysight U942xA/B/C series solid-state FET switches provide superior performance in isolation and low video leakage characteristics across broad operating frequency ranges from 300 kHz to 54 GHz. Featuring SP4T (single-pole-four-throw) configuration, these switches minimize crosstalk and video leakage that could degrade measurement accuracy or damage sensitive RF components such as mixers and amplifiers.

Available with multiple connectivity options including solder terminals, USB control, and PXIe/USB VNA multiport configurations, the U942xA/B/C switches offer flexibility for system integration while maintaining excellent switching speed in microseconds.
