Overview
The Keysight P9165C is a 2x8 full crossbar solid state RF switch matrix designed for automated test applications. Operating from 300 kHz to 18 GHz, it provides fast switching with extended cycle life and unmatched isolation to minimize crosstalk in high-density automatic test equipment (ATE) systems. The P9165C supports both software-based control via a provided Soft Front Panel and IVI commands executed from the host computer.
