Overview
The Keysight P9165B is a 2x8 full crossbar solid state RF switch matrix designed for automated test applications. Operating from 300 kHz to 9 GHz, it provides fast switching with extended cycle life and unmatched isolation to minimize crosstalk in high-density automatic test equipment (ATE) systems. The P9165B supports both software-based control via a provided Soft Front Panel and IVI commands executed from the host computer.
