Overview

The Keysight B2902A is a two-channel, compact and cost-effective bench-top Precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU) designed for versatile voltage and current sourcing and measurement tasks. It delivers a maximum voltage of ±210 V, DC current capability of ±3 A, and pulsed current up to ±10.5 A, making it ideal for a wide variety of I-V (current versus voltage) measurement applications. The B2902A provides excellent measurement precision with a resolution down to 100 fA for current measurements and 100 nV for voltage, enabling accurate characterization of sensitive devices and components.

Integrated 4-quadrant source and measurement capabilities eliminate the need for configuring multiple instruments, simplifying complex measurement setups. The superior 4.3-inch color display with various view modes improves productivity for test, debug, and characterization with intuitive operation.
