The Virginia Diodes WR4.3SGX-M is a miniature Signal Generator Extension (SGX) module that provides high-performance frequency extension of microwave signal generators into the terahertz (THz) range. This turn-key, sweepable solution is compatible with any microwave signal generator meeting specified input frequency and power requirements.
