The Rohde & Schwarz FSPN8 is a phase noise analyzer and VCO tester designed for highly sensitive measurements of synthesizers, VCOs, OCXOs, and DROs. Equipped with dual low-noise synthesizers and real-time cross-correlation engine, it delivers exceptional measurement sensitivity with minimal correlations needed for production measurements of high-quality oscillators.
The instrument combines extreme measurement speed with ease of use, making it suitable for both R&D characterization of the most sensitive commercially available synthesizers and oscillators, and for efficient production line testing.
