Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz FSPN26 is a high-sensitivity phase noise analyzer and VCO tester designed for both R&D and production environments. Equipped with dual low-noise synthesizers and real-time cross-correlation capabilities, it measures phase noise on highly stable sources including synthesizers, VCOs, OCXOs, and DROs used in radar and satellite applications. The instrument combines exceptionally high measurement sensitivity with rapid test speeds, making it ideal for characterizing demanding oscillators and synthesizers.
