The Keysight Y1910B is a precision 1.0 millimeter coax-to-coax adapter designed for accurate measurements of coaxial components with 50 ohm impedance across frequencies from DC to 120 GHz. It provides excellent measurement capability for on-wafer and coaxial RF test systems, with female-to-female connector configuration.
