The Keysight Y1910A is a precision 1.0 millimeter coax-to-coax adapter designed for accurate measurements of coaxial components with 50 ohm impedance across frequencies from DC to 120 GHz. It provides excellent measurement capability for on-wafer and coaxial RF test systems, with male-to-male connector configuration.
