The Keysight P9400C is a solid-state PIN diode transfer switch designed for high-speed RF and microwave applications requiring extended frequency coverage. Operating from 100 MHz to 18 GHz, it provides the same exceptional isolation and switching speed as the P9400A while extending the frequency range to support higher-frequency test and measurement requirements.
