Overview
The Keysight N8975A is a high-performance noise figure analyzer designed for fast, accurate, and repeatable noise figure measurements from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz. It offers simultaneous measurement of noise figure and gain, simplifying the characterization of amplifiers and frequency translating devices. The analyzer features six user-selectable measurement bandwidths and APC 3.5 connectors for excellent signal fidelity at microwave frequencies. With optional block downconverters, measurement capability can be extended to 110 GHz.
