Overview
The Keysight M1971E is a 55/60 to 90 GHz waveguide harmonic mixer designed for wideband millimeter-wave signal analysis with more than 2 GHz instantaneous bandwidth. This un-preselected mixer extends the capability of X-Series signal analyzers with embedded smart features to simplify test setup and improve DANL and TOI performance.
